The UUPN Actions Plans are developed at the UUPN Annual Conferences or Management Board Meetings annually and envisage:
a. informal UUPN members meetings, as club meetings(at least once a month): meeting with the British Ambassador in Ukraine and other interesting VIPs; the New Year and other holiday parties etc.;
b. official meetings of UUPN (at least once in 6 months during the transitional period; later, once a year): discussion of the results of working out of the UUPN strategy; adoption of UUPN Statute and Strategy (after their wide discussion);
c. high profile seminars and trainings on topical issues, with the participation of speakers from the UK;
d. involvement in senior visits from the UK, trade missions, chamber of commerce events;
e. input to British Council policy for its information, teaching, and conference centres;
f. networking with other alumni associations in Ukraine, other UK alumni associations in the region and world-wide;
g. providing services via a web-site: informing about events, job vacancies; funding opportunities, invitations to cultural events, etc.
